Return and Refund Policy

1. Request to exchange/return goods

iBeauty Vietnam always strives to bring customers the best quality products, so we are always happy to offer suitable solutions for the problems customers encounter when purchasing. To ensure the most professional purchasing process, using the service at iBeauty Vietnam, here are some of our notes when customers request an exchange/return or refund:

iBeauty Vietnam only accepts within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.

– Hair must not be sewn, dyed, permed, cut or otherwise altered.

– Hair must be intact as when receiving the goods, and must be in the original tie, do not remove the upper part of the tie.

– Hair must be certified by iBeauty Vietnam.

Note: We will not issue refunds if you make any of the above 4 mistakes. We will not offer refunds or exchanges if the buyer changes his mind to purchase or does not comply with the above 4 regulations. We offer refunds only in the event of a wrong order being sent or a manufacturing defect.

2. Refund and exchange/return process

When you want to exchange / return goods, make sure that your case complies with the above 4 rules. Here are the simple steps for you to contact us to resolve the issue:

– Contact sales staff or Customer Service for a refund or exchange/return.

– Send product photos and videos, and invoice date to prove that the product can be exchanged/returned at the company’s request.

– When the package has been confirmed for refund, the customer can send it back according to the information provided by iBeauty Vietnam for direct inspection.

– After we receive the package, we will check for defects and determine who is responsible for the error (buyer/seller).

(We will stop processing refunds if the package is not the same as shown in the pictures or videos we received earlier).

– After checking, if the goods meet the requirements for exchange/return, iBeauty Vietnam will exchange or refund you within 7 days.

3. Refund and exchange/return shipping fees

Regarding the costs incurred (shipping fees) when there is a problem with refund, exchange/return:

iBeauty Vietnam only pays the shipping cost if it is sent by mistake or has a manufacturing defect.

– The customer will pay the shipping cost if the product is damaged or changed, repaired by the customer, etc.
