1. Ordering Process

– Search for the product you want on our website or contact the following hotline Whatsapp +84 55 99 495 99

– Choose the product you want to order with a detailed description (quality, length, color, …) to our hotline or any iBeauty Vietnam staff for assistance with ordering.

– Confirm the order invoice including full type, characteristics, quantity, and price.

– Proceed to pay for the order (minimum 30%). Our factory will start production immediately after receiving your payment.

– iBeauty Vietnam staff will update the status of your order and check your order by video call and photos before the order is delivered. We only ship when you are satisfied with your order.

– Your order will be properly packaged before it is sent to the carrier.

2. Payment method

We always try our best to find the most convenient and fastest payment method for our customers.

– Payment through Agent: Customers can choose to pay through agents such as Mr. Gabriel, S.C.I Company, Mr. Smart, Mr. Onyeka… or your agent. If you have not yet selected your agent, iBeauty Vietnam staff can assist you with your search.

– Payment by bank transfer: You can make a transfer payment on the bank application, or at the bank’s transaction counter. Waiting time for international payment is from 2-3 days. (This method is rarely used and is not recommended for guests in Nigeria due to the difficulty and complexity in this country.)

– Paypal payment: You can choose to pay Paypal because this method is fast and convenient. However, an additional 6% fee will be charged if using this method.

– Payment in Cryptocurrencies: We accept payments in cryptocurrency if this is common in your country. Easy to use and extremely fast.

– Other methods: Western Union, Onepay, RIA, … similar to wire transfer.

International transaction fee: iBeauty Vietnam is a company in Vietnam, so if you are from another country, you may need to pay about 1 – 10 USD to the bank. This fee will be paid directly to the bank for the purchase, sale and transfer of money abroad.
